Kitchen Cabinets
This is a lower and upper cabinet I recently finished. The upper was made from the wood of an old building in Cleburne, Texas built-in the 1930’s and remodeled in the 1970’s. It is pine from the 2X6’s and 2X8’s that were in the building. It was distressed to make it look older. Then stained with miniwax golden oak then with miniwax cherry stain. Finally finished with a rub on poly. At first I was going to make doors on the uppers but my wife decided that it looked better without them.
